We want all our members to feel comfortable within our guild and we want all our members to be able to mesh well together. With that in mind, we will not immediately invite anyone into the guild without the following things happening first:
The Out-Of-Character Interview:
One or more of our guild officers will have an OOC interview with you so that you know up-front what kind of guild we are, what kind of people we have, and so that we can exchange expectations. This usually doesn't take more than an hour and it is your choice whether we do this in text or voice.
The In-Character Interview:
One or more of our guild officers will have an IC interview with your character in some undisclosed location so that all parties can Role Play and get a feel for each other.
We do both of these to ensure that we all have a wonderful gaming experience in an environment everyone can enjoy.
